every time i put a C or a Cadd9 i mean a Cadd9. as in hold the 3rd fret on the high e.
actually, hold the third fret (relative to capo) on the high e string for all the 
chords exept during the D chords in the bridge which you will hear in the song.

and the G/A chord is simply like this (if this explains it) from low E to high e [x 0 2 2 3 3]
