Ok: Hand positions. The main position is this (with normal tuning):

You have to use your thumb on the Low E, your ring finger and little finger hold the A and D strings, your 
index finger is on G and the middle finger is on the high e. The B string needs to played open so keep your
hand clean off it. This chord is (practically) Bminor. From here slide up to the 12th fret, releasing your
thumb to play open E. Simple, huh? :S Below are all the chord shapes.

To change from Fm1 to Fm2, you keep your ring and little fingers down, lift your middle and index fingers up.
Your middle finger goes on the G string, where your index finger just was, and your index finger presses the
high e string on the 10th fret. You then go back to Fm1. To get to Fm3, move your little finger down to the
high e string, the D string now muted by your ring finger. Got it? The exact same finger movements apply
with the Am1,2 and 3... just that its even HARDER because the frets are thicker.
