This song is way too awesome to not be represented here in some way.
This is intended to be a simplified version of Myles's Mars Hotel acoustic
performance that you can find on YouTube (except for the end, which I've
attempted to adapt to the studio version). Probably a little rough, but
it'll get you through.

Chords:
C#5: x46600
B5: x24400

You should be able to handle the rest yourself.

Mars Hotel

E C#5 B5 A

  E
I saw her in an empty bar
    C#5
The smell of wine and cheap cigars
B5 A
Trigger visions of her face to this day
   E
We tried to dance for years to come
    C#5
But two can't lead and waltz as one
   B5
We loved and learned and learned to love
    A
But it was not enough
A F#m
Foolish pride got in our way

E C#5
She could take my heart and soul
                            B5
She could take my hand to hold
                               A F#m
But why'd she have to take advantage of me
E C#5
I tried to pay for all the things
                         B5
She could want or ever need
                                A
Don't make me pay for all the past please

   E
So now we're living far apart
  C#5
I hope to God our paths don't cross
     B5 A
This may seem shallow..but her beauty makes me weak
  E
I long to hold her once again
    C#5
And reconcile and then give in
   B5 A
To realize that later on we made the same mistake
A F#m
Hold on to the lessons you've learned

E C#5
She could take my heart and soul
                            B5
She could take my hand to hold
                               A F#m
But why'd she have to take advantage of me
E C#5
I tried to pay for all the things
                         B5
She could want or ever need
                                C#5
Don't make me pay for all the past

           F#m
So much to tow
       E F#m
Bogged down with all the history to hold
    C#5 F#m
The blame fell hard on me
 E
Apologies were too short lived
    F#m A
She never really could forgive mistakes

E C#5 B5 A F#

E C#5
She could take my heart and soul
                            B5
She could take my hand to hold
                               A F#m
But why'd she have to take advantage of me
E C#5
I tried to pay for all the things
                         B5
She could want or ever need
                                A F#m
Don't make me pay for all the past

    E
She took my heart, she took my soul
    C#5
She took my fragile hand to hold
    B5
She took advantage all the time
     A F#m E
I'll take her back cause her love makes me blind

C#5 B5 A

And there you go. Not sure about those ending chords and a few of those
F#m chords may be something different, but if you play it like this it
sounds fine. Enjoy!
