Second, the hammer-on on the A string (there is only one) is not plucked. The string is fretted with the left hand sounding the note, but the string is not plucked. Third, 0h>>>2 once again signifies a delayed hammer on. Fourth, the 0h>>>>2/3. the low E string has a delayed hammer from 0 to 2. this hammer is just enough to sound the note. the note is then slide up (2/3) seamlessly to pluck the next chord configuration.
