I've seen a few versions of this up, but they all have this funky
pull-off hammer thing that doesn't fit with the rhythm. The way I
play it is a pull-off 3 to 0 on string 1, and then with the same rhythm
pick string 2 and 3 in whichever chord shape I'm using. So the pull-off
is done at the same speed as picking 2 and 3.
