I saw the first version to this and it didn't sound quite right. Marketa plays this
a capo on the 2nd fret, which the previous tab recognized. In this tab I'm showing all the
used in relation to the capo. This is my first tab but I know this is 100% accurate.
seen this song played live by Mar and not only was it stunningly beautiful to say the
but I was able to see how she fretted each chord and where. I love Mar and I love this
Have fun playing it, just be sure your heart isn't broken when you sing it...

INTRO: Am7/E G5 X2
        La la la la

Am7/E
There’s diamond’s growing in the mountains
G5
Beneath the pressure of all time
Am7/E
They grow in hope and expectation
G5
Waiting for your hands to find
F
Cause only you could reach inside me
Am
And figure out the worth
F
Of a life I lived providing
Am
What it was you needed most

Am7/E G5 x2
La la la la lah

       Am7/E
And if everything is measured by the
G5
hole it leaves behind then this
Am7/E
mountain has been levelled
             G5
And there’s no more diamonds in the mine
F
Go on now just leave it
Am
The timing wasn’t right
          F
And the force that swept us both away
         Am
Was too strong for us to fight

Am7/E G5 x2

 F Am
Fantasy Man you are always
 F Am
one step ahead of me
 Bm A
Well I never heard the warning
 G5 Bm
Oh I haven’t got things right
 Bm A
Yet the sun came out this morning
 G5 Bm
And filled my room with light
 Bm A
So move on now, you are forgiven
 G5 Bm
Let’s put it down to life
 Bm A
The story of two lovers
 G5 Bm
Who danced both edges of the knife

Am7/E G5 x2
(hand claps, knee slaps)

Am7/E
In the station you’re standing
G5
Not knowing what you want
Am7/E
And the secrets that we’re defending
G5
Have become our only bond
F
Just be patient while I wait here
Am
Our journey’s out of sync
F
While you’re out there running in the chaos
Am
I need some time to think

Am7/E G5 x4
oh oh oh oh...

la da da da da da dum da dum

 F Am
Fantasy Man you are always
 F Am
one step ahead of me

Well I never heard the warnings

Oh I haven’t got things right
 Bm A
Yet the sun came out this morning
 G5 Bm
And filled my room with light
 Bm A
