I called this song Max Payne 2 instead of Max Payne (like the other tabs for this song), because the theme song for Max Payne 2 feels more developed that the former, which consists solely of a piano. I'll be noting the general instruments used in the actual song, just for reference. I find it to be played easiest in Drop C (D,A,F,C,G,C). The tempo is very slow. My Yamaha keyboard's metronome clocks it around 33 or 34.
