I'm pretty sure this is the correct way to play this song.
The chords are correct and they sound really good on acoustic guitar, though
the timing above the lyrics may be off since it's difficult to gauge
the exact point where the C and Bbsus2 chord changes take place,
but just listen to the song to better figure it out.
If it helps, the change from C to Bbsus2 is quick,
as the C chord is strummed once I believe. Same with Gm to F, Gm to F/A

--------------------

Intro

F C Bb9 (5x)

Verse

    F C Bb9
I'm only pretty sure, that I can't take anymore
           F C Bb9
Before you take a swing, I wonder
                     F
What are we fighting for
                                  C Bb9
When I say out loud, I wanna get out of this
  F C Bb9
I wonder, is there anything I'm gonna miss

Chorus

         Gm F C
I wonder how's it gonna be, when you don't know me
Gm F/A Bb9
How's it gonna be when you're sure I'm not there
Gm F C
How's it gonna be when there's no one there to talk to
Gm F Bb9
Between you and me, 'cause I don't care
               F C Bb9
How's it gonna be
               F C Bb9
How's it gonna be

Verse

F C Bb9
Where we used to laugh there's a shouting match
                     F
Sharp as a thumbnail scratch
                                   C Bb9
A silence I can't ignore, like the hammock by the doorway
         F
We spent time in, swings empty
            C Bb9
I don't see lightning like last fall
            F C Bb9
When it was always about to hit me

Chorus

         Gm F C
I wonder how's it gonna be, when it goes down
Gm F/A Bb9
How's it gonna be when you're not around
Gm F C
How's it gonna be when you found out there was nothin
Gm F Bb9
Between you and me, 'cause I don't care
               F C Bb9
How's it gonna be
Gm Bb9 F C
How's it gonna be when you don't know me anymore
Gm Bb9
How's it gonna be

Bridge

F C Bb9
I wanna get myself back in again
    F C Bb9
The soft dive of oblivion
F C Bb9
I wanna taste the salt of your skin
    F C Bb9
The soft dive of oblivion, oblivion
    Gm Bb9 F C
And how's it gonna be when you don't know me anymore
Gm Bb9
How's it gonna be
               F C Bb9
How's it gonna be
               F C Bb9
How's it gonna be
