Be who you are - if it fits in the system
Say what you will - but you might die if they listen
D Dsus4 D C
They think in the politics of gasoline and torture

Em F F# F
Please only talk to me in the dark (repeat)
Em Asus2 C7
Please only talk to me in the dark (repeat)

Write what you will - if you write it in a prison
Sing how you feel - but you might die if they listen
They think in the politics of rosaries and chains

CHORUS:
         C9 Am C9 Em
And it's hard to tell the right from the wrong
         C9 Am G Em
When the right is protecting the wrong

Be who you are - but not where there are people
Reality is taught - right and wrong, there is no middle
We think in the policies of money and ourselves

CHORUS

Revision by SBJosselyn@aol.com:

I think the first part of the verse (with the bends before
the em chord) is really the exact same thing as heard on
"Crowing". Its two guitars but i got pretty close by
playing D/C-C-Cmaj9-C
d/c=x34230 (i play the open e too..)
Cmaj9=x32430 (E here too)
