There is a teaching video on Youtube from the artists that tell you the chords for 
the song. I simply put them with the lyrics where I felt they should go. Makes it quick and easy.

D= 000230, I prefer to play it as x00230, sounds a little cleaner to me.

Also, in place of the A/C# you can just play Amaj and it sounds good enough to my ears.
