I was just sitting here with my acoustic guitar, trying to find tabs for this song.  Every tab seems correct, except for the verse.  So here is the correct way to play it.

Tricky Verse, I like to use a chorus pedal, turning treble all the way up will help emphasize the harmonics too.  Use your right index finger to slightly push down on all the strings on the 12th fret, like doing harmonics, and pound on/pull off with left hand.  Repeat however many times needed.
