This is a well chilled-out track (they just do chillout stuff), their album should be the dogs. It's just this throughout the track, I think:

repeat that for about 3/4 minutes, fades in during the intro, then carries on for the rest of the song

*there's a big cymbal drag (like a 'zzzz') somewhere in it that is repeat, but i think most of the percussion is pre-recorded, I don't know for sure...
