So this here should be the right chords. I watched a video on youtube where he is 
playing it just with an acoustic guitar (http://www.youtube.com/watch?
v=Ry0cUaLotTw&feature=related) and I sounded similar with the chords here. That 
are the lyrics and the key that is is used in the music video.
He plays it down a 1/2 step: Eb=E; Bb=B; Ab=A; Cm=C#m.
You can play it also with Capo on 1st fret: Eb=D; Bb=A; Ab=G; Cm=Bm
