The outro starts with two downstrokes on D(5) and basically consists of playing the E5 
chord over and over with two downstrokes on either D5 (x577xx), G5 (x101212xx) or 
occasionally C5 (x355xx) and D5 at the end of each bar. Make it up as you go along or 
play something like this:
