In the simplest terms it starts with the first sequence which is Ebmaj9 (= Gm7 / Eb Bass) for a couple of Bars then Dbmaj9 (= Fm7 / Db Bass) for 2 Bars and back to Ebmaj9 to repeat There is a second sequence after a minute or so which is: Fm9 (=Abmaj7 / F Bass) for a few bars over which the piano hits arpeggios and block Fm and Van makes some soulful Ahh noises that could be misconstrued as constipation, before back to Ebmaj9. This is repeated a few times and it then goes back to the 1st sequence
