He plays it in somewhat kind of tuning. But with standard tuning, this sounds very close.

This is just the main part. There´s playing a slide guitar over it, but I couldn´t 
that out yet...

You have to watch out the up- and downstrokes.
u = upstroke and d = downstroke (if nothing is mentioned it means downstroke)
