Then catch the 15th fret on the 3rd string and bend it a half step and pick twice. It should sound like the 17th fret on the 2nd string and the 16th fret on the 3rd string played together. Then bend the 17th fret up a whole step and let it ring while you play the 14th and 17th fret on the 1st string. Then still holding the 17th fret up pick both 17s. The rest is self explanatory.
