It's easy to figure out the strumming pattern of the chorus, just listen to the song. It 
sounds a bit like a section of the verse from "Welcome to Paradise"

I think there a second guitar playing a fill with perhaps a harmonic pedal, I'm not 
sure. If anyone does know just say so in the comments, it's a pretty cool effect in my opinion.
