This tab is not a completely original work.  It is a combination
of JZ182's tab, Joey_182's tab from the DH forums
and my own efforts to correct and perfect it.  Props to JZ182 and
Joey_182 for giving me a nice headstart.

Tab follows the song straight through, there's no jumping back up.
