Standard tuning (E A D G B E)
Capo on 3rd fret - I've written the tab so that the 3rd fret is 0 (that way
if you don't have a capo you don't have to do math gymnastics)

Fingerpicking-- I use my thumb for the E, A, and D strings, my index finger
for the G string, middle finger for the B string, and ring finger for the high
E string.
