  This song was made in a haste when they were asked urgently for a 
  new single. The solo, a climactic crescendo, was played this time
  by John, while George played a long ascending scale. Ringo plays
  great fills, fours in the bass drum and snare during the 1st part
  of the choruses (00:32, etc) and a very curious two sixteenth note 
  rebound on the 2nd (00:39, etc). Although it was supposed to be a
  double a-side single, WE CAN WORK IT OUT had a greater airplay in
  the end, but this track is a rave. And just listen to that third 
  chorus: John's falsetto melody is simply astounding.
