I couldn't find a version that didn't have weird sharp chords in it, so I just 
transposed it a bit. It's pretty simple, but let me know if that C9 is wrong, because I've been 
trying to find a good chord to go there and that was all I could come up with. I love this song,
it almost makes me cry every time :')
