Then He play an Em then he adds the 3rd fret on the B string than plays a regular Em 
then he add the first fret on the B string then plays it regular again, you do that at the 
of every verse

Em, C, Am with 3rd fret of B string, then he plays that again except he add the 3rd fret 
the e string instead of the B string on the Am. End on Em
