Hope it's good..
There is already an excellent version of this as both tabs and chords, so
you can get the fingerpicking pattern for the acoustic and the chord
progression for the electric.
All that leaves is the solo. 
There's a lot of gain to make the guitar really scream and the bass is 
turned down a bit.
