Play Fig. 1 four times for the verse

Play Riff 2 twice through between the first verse and the chorus

Fig. 2 is the entire chorus

Play Riff 1 twice between the chorus and second verse

Play Riff 3 twice through between second verse and chorus

Play Fig. 2 for chorus again

I'm not not exactly sure what the guitar plays right before the piano part, 
but it sounds something like this:
