    Money Is Not A Thing

  • Artist:

    Chase Holfelder

Okay, guys, I like this song and there was no tab around, so I decided to try this one.
This is my first tab ever and I didn't think I would actually be able to do this.
This tab is not perfect. It's my interpretation and I think it sounds right, but
actually this is a first step and I hope a guitar player more advanced than me could better it
and post an updated version. At least I hope I can help those who want to play this song!

°°CAPO ON 2°°

              C G F
This won´t be easy, but I have to try
              C G F
I´ll have to leave in dead winter and come back in July
              C G F
I´ll have to sing what I feel, almost every night
               C-F-C C F
 G
But if it does anything, and it will, you'll see
              C-F-C C F G
I´m gonna do anything to put you next to me

                   C G F
This is keeping me up so I decided to just give in, call it a night
                   C G F
I´ve grown out of different ways to tell you what I´ve tried a million other times
   C
I doubt that I could leave you
              F G
and I still doubt you´d even care
     F Am G C
But how could I lead my life and always say truth but never dare?

C
I can feel the undertow
F
Will it drown me? I don't know
C Am
Don't you see it's you I need,
             G C
or will you leave me lost at sea?
                                   F
You'll miss the salt and offshore breeze.
                              C
Oh. And, I forgot to mention, me.
                              Am
I don't think that you should go.
         G C
I can't stand to be alone
