         The Cramps - I'm Cramped

There are two guitars in this - one plays what is shown below, the other just follows
like an odd lead/rhythm guitar. It pretty much only plays the root notes of each chords,
lots of sliding around and some additional notes to the chord pattern. Oh, and as ever, 
ton of slap-back echo, and a smidgen of reverb.

    Intro
      - the complete chord isn't played, it's a weird kind of tremelo
        picking across the strings, no doubt with some effect on top of it
