This bassline is classic and great!  It's just a jam song basically...only two parts.
 It has a huge instrument section and a bunch of solos.  Feel the groove.  This isn't
exact bassline all the way through because the original has a bunch of improvisations
to it.  These are the lines you can improvise with when you are comfortable.  F# Blues 
(F#-A-B-C-C#-E- (F#)) He also throws in a G3 every now and then...the 9th.
