This is a song by a rather unknown band from Germany. They are based in Dresden

Rhythm-wise it should be easiest to just listen to the song.
Personally, I strum down -> up -> slap -> up -> slap (repeat)

For the licks simple pentatonic scales in the key of C#m and E sound good. I 
wasn't entirely sure about the exact notes, so I did not include that info here.
