I don't know the official internet tablature symbol for a harmonic, so
the 12's in brackets mean that the chord is completely a harmonic at
the 12th fret.  Really if you just strum the lower 4 strings 
(Db Ab Gb Db) you'll get the idea here.  Again sorry for the rhythmic 
errors, the little differences are part of what makes the song
interesting...
