This version is a bit different - I've transcribed it for a "SOLO"
Acoustic Guitar (Dave uses a 12-string when he plays it). This version
does not need a Bass (or any other accompaniment) to make it sound
complete, because I've created a counterpoint bass line within the melody
to help make up for the vacancy of the guitar part (as in the original).
