Then theres a slightly alternated chorus/outro straight after the third chorus. The only difference is, on the last time you play it, end on the power chord I've indicated in brackets. If you want you can do a little whammy dive on the last chord to finish the song if you want to make it sound similar to it :) Then as the final chord plays, Guitar I plays the intro riff once more and fades out with the chord.
