This song rawks. I've tried 3 or 4 tunings and the best sounding tuning that is the easiest to play is ::Db Ab Db Gb Bb Eb::

Key: b = bend
       * = palm mute to stop the sound only, don't strike the strings again
       / = slide up to

Light Distortion
Eb|-------------------------------------------------------|
Bb|---------------3----5--3-------------------------------|
Gb|-------------------------------------------------------|
Db|----4----5--4-----4-------5--4--5--4--5--4--5--4-------|
Ab|--2---2------------------------------------------------|
Db|--------------------------------------------------0--0-| then repeat a few times

Chorus with heavier distortion

Here are the chords, you can pretty much figure out the rhythm. The first two chords are strummed evenly about 16 times, and the 3rd and 4th chords are strummed a little unevenly.
Just listen in on the song and you'll get it. When playing the 3rd chord, it sounds like Stephen throws in a few extra subtle notes off the Gb/Bb strings but I haven't figured those out yet.

Eb|------------------------------------|
Bb|------------------------------------|
Gb|--4---------------------------------|
Db|--4----3----0----2------------------|
Ab|--2----3----0----2------------------|
Db|-------3----0----2------------------| Repeat once

My favorite part :) Sounds killer with a little bend action
Eb|------------------------------------------------------------|
Bb|------------------------------------------------------------|
Gb|--4b--4-4-*--4-4-4b--4-4-*--4-4-4b--4-4-*--4-4--4b--4-4/7---|
Db|--4b--4-4-*--4-4-4b--4-4-*--4-4-4b--4-4-*--4-4--4b--4-4/7---|
Ab|--2b--2-2-*--2-2-2b--2-2-*--2-2-2b--2-2-*--2-2--2b--2-2/5---|
Db|------------------------------------------------------------|

That's pretty much it, Stephen Carpenter just goes back and forth between those 2 lines of chords throughout the song.
Have fun and let me know what you all think... redraider1980@hotmail.com
