This is a song from their first album, In Love With Detail, and it consists of two 
guitar parts as well as bass, drums and vocals.
It's one of Ronan's songs, and one of my favourites by the band.
All the parts are simple enough really! Listen to the song for the rhythm and all.
This is based on the album version, the one from In Love With Detail.
There are a couple of versions going around Youtube that don't have some of these parts, 
like the C octave through some parts, but it's all there on the album!

You could say this is part of the verse, but I'd call it the pre-chorus. This is the

Then it goes into the "Beautiful time right now" bit, but you just play the same thing 
as in the chorus for it.
It ends with Ronan's original riff, and Kieran's guitar is just letting the high e 
string ring out (or the B at the 5th fret, but more likely the e string):
