"Leaving Las Vegas" soundtrack, and from an unattributed tab on 
UltimateGuitar.com (which had the majority of the chords right).

I played this song to accompany a singer for a friend's wedding 
processional. To accommodate the singer's voice, I've transposed 
it 3 steps lower than the original recording. Also, we did a 
lead-in and tag to make the song the right length for the processional.
