Hey, these are the chords I worked out just from listening to the song, not sure
if they're 100 % but it sounds pretty decent when I play it. Note that the A# and
the Gm in the chorus should be played barring the 6th and 10th frets respectively
for a better sound. The strumming pattern's easy enough to work out for yourself.
Enjoy :)

Intro: Eb Cm Bb Gm

Eb Cm
Forget your problems lay it down they start up
Bb Gm
The innocence of what you want is what I want
Eb Cm
I've ran my colours dripped down and drained away
Bb Gm
Tried a million things but my heart's been shot
Eb Cm
Well I hope you try and find me I'm all spun and pacing
Bb Gm
I know what you want to say so I'll say it
Eb Cm Gm
Forget the words speaking just want to rearrange so I'll say it

Eb Bb
Oooh yeah
         Gm Bb
I really miss you miss you I said
             Cm Bb
Smile at the chance just to see you again
         Gm Bb
I really miss you miss you I said

Chord pattern in the second verse is the same as the first:

Been stroking this like the rrong things that I figured out
I never knew that I could go as far as this
I took a problem Easily forgotten
Don't know who I'd been before I slipped
Oh, I wanna change it I will live a life
That makes you smile when I'm done here and long gone
Feverish and peaking, just wanna see your face
Oh, what you say, what you say

Chorus 2:

Eb Bb
Oooh yeah
         Gm Bb
I really miss you miss you I said
             Cm Bb
Smile at the chance just to see you again
         Gm Bb
I really miss you miss you I said
                Cm Bb
Just look at me now before I walk away
               Gm Bb
You might just miss me miss me one day
                 Cm
Yeah yeah yeah
