Frank Turner - I Am Disappeared
*******

So, I spent a lot of spent spent seeing this youtube video of Frank Turner playing I Am
Disappeared solo (?v=Kv-dZET2OOs) and came up with I believe to be a 100% correct tag,
exactly like he plays on said video.
Ver3 (which I used as a basis) was already very well done (cheers for that, unknown
tabber!), but checking the video I noticed some small discrepancies, which I thought I'd fix
in a new tab. I also thought it would be nice to have the lyrics, which I included and
tried to adjust to the chords being played. I believe they are mostly spot-on :)
I hope you enjoy, the song is great and sounds friggin perfect when played
this way!

Verse (same as Intro)
*******

Gsus4 Am7
       I keep having dreams
   Fadd9 Gsus4 Am7
Of pioneers and pirate ships and Bob Dylan
   Fadd9 Gsus4 Am7
Of people wrapped up tight in the things that will kill them
   Fadd9 Gsus4 Am7
Of being trapped in a lift plunging straight to the bottom
   Fadd9 Gsus4
Of open seas and ways of life we've forgotten

*******
Verse 2
*******

Right after the "we've forgotten" bit, start using full chords, ie. the thumb should now
only block the highest string (except in the G's, obviously):

  Am7 Fadd9 Gsus4 G
-3----3------3------3-
-1----1------1------0-
-0----0------0------0-
-2----3------0------0-
-0----0------x------x-
-x----x------3------3-

Am7 Gsus4 Gsus4
     I keep having dreams

Am7 Fadd9 Gsus4 Am7
Amy worked in a bar in Exeter I went back to her house and I slept beside her
                                           Fadd9 Gsus4 Am7
She woke up screaming in the middle of the night terrified of her own insides
                                 Fadd9 Gsus4 Am7
Dreams of pirate ships and Patty Hearst breakin through a life over-rehearsed
                              Fadd9 Gsus4 Am7
She can't remember which came first The house, the home, or the terrible thirst

                 Gsus4 G
She keeps having dreams

                   C Fmaj7 Fadd9
When it feels like life weighs ten thousand tons
Fmaj7 Gsus4 G C
Fmaj7 Fadd9
She's got her cowboy boots and car keys on the bedstand so she can always run

    Fmaj7 (getting stronger)
She can get up, shower, and in half an hour she'll be gone

*******
Verse 3 (same as Verse 2)
*******
I keep having dreams of things I need to do
And waking up but not following through
But it feels like I haven't slept at all
When I wake to a silence and she's facing the wall
Posters of Dylan and of Hemingway
An antique compass for a sailor's escape
She says you just can't live this way
And I close my eyes and I never say
I'm still having dreams

*******
Chorus
*******
And on the worst days
When it feels like life weighs ten thousand tons
I sleep with my passport
One eye on the back door
So I can always run
I can get up, shower, and in half an hour I'll be gone
