To start, a brilliant song! All tabbs I've seen is not completely right. 
So here it goes ;)

The tuning is Open E. to you who dont know how that works:
Tune up your A up to a B, your D up to a E and finally your G up to a G#.
So you'll have E,B,E,G#,B,E

I'm not gonna tab the strumming pattern or when to change chords.
It is pretty simple but with some fast tripplets and fourlets in there. 
To figure it out, just listen to some live performances! 
I wont bother to do that ;)
This is how he plays it live, and I think it's the same as on the cd but 
I hav'nt listened to the cd that much so, I'm not sure.
