I Won't See You
(Tilbrook/Stockwood)

This is from the acoustic CD of the Incomplete G.T. (The original distribution of this
came with a second CD with all of the songs done acoustically... which is, IMHO, better
the "electric" CD).
This is just a whacky song that was fun to figure out. Tilbrook is both masterful and insane.

I dare you to play this in the right cadence and tempo.

Bb F C Eb
Saw your boyfriend just the other day
Bb F C Eb
He seemed really nice
Bb F C Eb
I know it's been a long long while
Bb F C Eb
Since we said goodbye

Ab D G Bm
But when I see you now
Ab D G Bm C D
My heart just sinks so low somehow
Eb Bb F C G
I don't see you coming round no more

Bb F C Eb
How I loved it in the afternoon
Bb F C Eb
Hear you knocking on my door
Bb F C Eb
I know that we were not to be
Bb F C Eb
And I know that we were sure

Ab D G Bm
But when I see you now
Ab D G Bm C D
My heart just sinks so low somehow
Eb Bb F C G Bm F C
I don't see you coming round no more
Eb Bb F C G
No I don't see you coming round no more

Bm Em
Sometimes you just take your chances
   Bm E
And it doesn't work
Am F
I let you slip through my fingers
    C Gm
And even now it hurts

F# C# Ab Eb

G D F C
G D F C
G Bm C D

Eb Bb F C (note the lack of the G here - just walk down to the Bb)

Bb F C Eb
We've both now been in pastures new
Bb F C Eb
Sampled greener grass a while
Bb F C Eb
But I know that I shouldn't say
Bb F C Eb
I still love to see you smile

Ab D G Bm
But when I see you now
Ab D G Bm C D
My heart just sinks so low somehow
Eb Bb F C G
I don't see you coming round no more
