------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mrs. Jones by Hole ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- From 1991's 'Pretty on the Inside'. This is a frenzied monster of a song, some of Hole's craziest and most abstract and violent work to date. It's all power chords and slamming a few open notes, so it's pretty simple if you can get the rhythm and keep up with the speed. Lots of distortion on the guitar here, and these riffs are played continuously throughout the verses. All the tabs on here for this song are incomplete and messy, so I've done some homework on it. Courtney's vocals are wild and the lyrics in it seem to switch points-of-view as well; lots of gnarly verses and descriptions, but a killer song in all of its chaos. Notice that the main riff ("Riff B") is a total rip-off of "Dark Entries" by Bauhaus? Courtney has admitted it herself. Tabbed by: Scott H.
