• Song:

    Sunset Soon Forgotten

  • Artist:

    Iron And Wine

  • Album:

    Unreleased Basement Rec...

I've re-submitted this tab because the first version isn't found with the rest of the
& Wine tabs because the site didn't recognize the "and" sign and so it is listed under
Wine," which is silly. I've also added bass notes to the chorus. It's hard to hear the
exact fingering pattern underneath the voices, so I've just extrapolated the same basic
used in the rest of the song. You'll get the idea.

2/4 = slide up
2h4 = hammer-on

Standard tuning, no capo. The guitar on the cd is slightly flat, perhaps to compensate
the fussiness of B strings on acoustic guitars, but not nearly so much that you won't be
to make it out.

INTRO/VERSE:

*The 2h3 hammer-on only appears at the beginning of the song. Elsewhere the open A and
3rd fret on the B are played simultaneously.

CHORUS:

the end of the song is just one last strike of the open A following this pattern, with
rest of the notes ringing out. enjoy. bye.
