You can either keep picking like this or you can strum the chords:
D, Bmin, G, Emin-A


The Verse: chords are  D, A, G, A  x2 
then Emin, D over F# , G, Emin- A
*the D over F# is just a Dchord with the 7th fret pressed down on the low E 


After the 2nd verse the bridge connects at end of the 2nd G to A by hitting the 
6th fret on the A string, then the chords Bmin, A, G, D over F#, Emin, A
