Tuning: Drop C#

So far no one seems to have tabbed this song properly.
I've been playing this song for well over a year, and have only
just decided to tab it out.
I'm 99% sure it's correct.
Please note that the pattern of strumming during the verses and choruses
is quite subjective.
The way I tabbed it sounds right to me, but to you perhaps it will sound wrong.
The notes, I'm quite sure, ARE correct – the strumming pattern, however, is quite subjective.
