No disrespect intended towards previous uploaders, there has been some good transcriptions already.
Since there is both two guitars and strings playing on the album and the fact that he doesn't always
play it the same live, you can see this as an alternative version rather than a correction. However
in my opinion, this covers the sound of the two guitars on the album and includes all the song parts.

[Intro]: Am Fmaj7/C G Am Fmaj7/C G C E

Am Fmaj7/C G Am Fmaj7/C
Sometimes everything seems awkward and large, imagine a Wednesday evening in March
            G C E
Future and past at the same time
Am Fmaj7/C G Am Fmaj7/C G
I make use of the night, start drinking a lot, though not ideal for now it's all that I've got
               C E
It's nice to know your name

Am Fmaj7/C G Am Fmaj7/C E
You don't know, you don't know, you don't know anything 'bout me

Am Fmaj7/C G Am Fmaj7/C G
An ocean, a lake, I need a place to drown, let's freeze the moment cause we're going down
          C E
Tomorrow you'll be gone, gone, gone
Am Fmaj7/C G Am Fmaj7/C
You're laughing too hard, this all seems surreal, I feel peculiar, now what do you feel
                      G E7
You think there's a chance that we can fall

Am Fmaj7/C G Am Fmaj7/C
You don't know, you don't know, you don't know anything 'bout me
        G C E
What do I know, I know your name
Am Fmaj7/C G Am Fmaj7/C G E7
You don't know, you don't know, you don't know anything 'bout me anymore

Fmaj7/C G C Fmaj7/C G C
I gave up dreaming for a while, I gave up dreaming for a while

Am Fmaj7/C G Am Fmaj7/C
I've noticed these are mysterious days, I look at it like a jigsaw puzzle and gaze
                G C E
With wide open mouth and burning eyes
Am Fmaj7/C G Am Fmaj7/C G
If only I could start to care, my dreams and my Wednesdays ain't going nowhere
 E7 Am
Baby, baby, baby you don't know

         Fmaj7/C G Am Fmaj7/C
You don't know, you don't know, you don't know anything 'bout me
        G C E
What do I know, I know your name
Am Fmaj7/C G Am G Fmaj7/C
You don't know, you don't know, you don't know anything 'bout me

[Interlude]: Am Fmaj7/C G Am Fmaj7/C G C E (baby, baby, baby you don't know)

Am Fmaj7/C G Am Fmaj7/C G E
You don't know, you don't know, you don't know anything 'bout me anymore

Chords:
Am (X 0 2 2 1 0)
Fmaj7/C (X 3 3 2 1 0)
G (3 2 0 0 0 3)
C (X 3 2 0 1 0)
E (0 2 2 1 0 0)
E7 (0 2 0 1 0 0)

When playing live, he switches around the positions of the E and E7 chords alot.
And sometimes, he also replaces the G with a:
Gadd4 (3 2 0 0 1 3)

Clarification:
Chordname (E A D G B E)
X = Don't play / Muffle

Main playing pattern to cover the sound of the two guitars (which he also plays live):

D D U U D U
    . .
1 & 2 &

Then live, he also alternates with this similar playing pattern:

D D U D U
    . .
1 & 2 &

The patterns for the Stick and Pre-Intro is available both on the tutorial and on the website!
