Nahko and Medicine for the People

This is my first tab. I saw one other tab for this song that just didn't have the
important aspects of this song. This was derived from a recording made by Nahko. Go on youtube
and look up "Nahko Ashland OR" its the first to come up, check that out for reference,
and please enjoy this beautiful song. Note that the F is not played open! The little riff
is plated three times at every break and the introduction, strumming is nice and easy,
check out the video to get the rhythm.

Capo-3. All cords and tab relative to capo.

   Riff.

Well this is real talk
              C7
This is not on-star
        F C G
It is looped now tongue and mind.
                   C
Played off the sidewalk,
                    C7
straight to your boombox,
          F C - G
how it travels from ear to memory.
                C
Well this is medicine,
             C7
there's a message with in,
        F G C
and I hope each will find there own kind.

about climate change and some of the reasons,
                C C7
when the sky opened, like I'd been hope'n
                  F C - G
and there came horses by the thousands
                 C
and there was thunder on their tongues
       C7
and lightning on their minds
            F G
and they singing this old melody
         C
