Chorus:

The chorus is the same notes as the intro put picked in a similar way to the verse, 
if you will.
So just mess around with the notes, make a pattern using all three if you want, or pick 
first two notes of each chord to replicate the method used on the album version.

Post Chorus:

Theres a lead bit here played on the piano along with a picked guitar line,
so ill tab just the guitar line (A) as a simplified version, and then both together (B).
