This song is actually much simpler than the other ways up here. I watched some live
and the guitar player plays this song with a capo on the 3rd fret. Since the guitar is so
it’s kind of hard to tell exactly what he’s playing, so I kind of Just followed the bass
For playing by yourself on an acoustic guitar this works perfectly.

Chords used:

Intro: (Capo on 3rd fret!!)
Am/G G C
Am/G G C
Am/G G C F

   G Am/G
Sunrise, sunrise
           G C
Looks like mornin' in your eyes
        Am/G F C
But the clocks held 9:15 for hours
   G Am/G
Sunrise, sunrise
         G C
Couldn't tempt us if it tried
           Am/G F C
'Cause the afternoon's already come and gone

           Am/G G C F (x 3)
And I said hoo...
   Dm
To you

Surprise, surprise
Couldn't find it in your eyes
But I'm sure it's written all over my face
Surprise, surprise
Never something I could hide
When I see we made it through another day

And I said hoo...
To you

Bridge: Play the verse part all the way through; ending back on C.
          Then go on to:

Dm F (I exclude the top note of the F until “bring”.
Now good night It sounds less harsh with the D minor)
                Dm
Throw its cover down
       F
Ooh on me again
Dm F
Ooh and if I'm right
         Dm
It's the only way
   F
To bring me back

Hoo...
To you
Hoo...

end on C

Much easier : )
