If anybody could give me a hint on the very final chord of this, that would be great; 
the Em is the closest I've got but I fear it's some strange flattened diminished thing.

I use the notation of G - - D/F# | to indicate that a G chord is played for the first
three beats of the bar, and the D/F# is played on the fourth beat.  The | separates bars.
