Tuning: Standard
Note: Sweet song on the bass, the song is actually carried quite a bit with it, even
getting a cool little solo. It's always best to listen to the CD to get the rhythms
down right, so if you've got it, use it.

Intro 1: Played during the clean intro. It's an octave up from the
regular bass riff. Listen closely for the rhythm, the notes
         happen on beat one.
    Bb F G Eb
G|--3~-------8~--|
D|-----3~-5~-----| 3X
A|---------------|
E|---------------|

Intro 2: (0:17) Hard and loud, the main riff. Listen for rhythm.
    Bb F G Eb
G|--------------------------------------|
D|--------------------------------------| 2X
A|--1-1-1-1--------------------6-6-6-6--|
E|-----------1-1-1-1--3-3-3-3-----------|

On this third time thru the riff, don't play the last Eb.
    Bb F G
G|--------------------------------------|
D|--------------------------------------|
A|--1-1-1-1-----------------------------|
E|-----------1-1-1-1--3-3-3-3-----------|

Fourth time, muted Eb at end.
    Bb F G Eb
G|----------------------------------------------|
D|----------------------------------------------|
A|--1-1-1-1--------------------6-6-6-6-6-6-6-6--|
E|-----------1-1-1-1--3-3-3-3-------------------|
                               * * * * * * * *
Verse 1: (0:41) Guitars play palm-muted eighth notes, bass plays
open quarter notes to go with them.

A|--1-1-1-1--------------------6-6-6-6--|
E|-----------1-1-1-1--3-3-3-3-----------|

Chorus: (0:52) Short, punctuated quarter notes. Play the last Eb
        normal.
    Bb F G Eb Bb F G Eb
G|--------------------------------------------------------------------|

E|-----------1-1-1-1--3-3-3-3--------------1-1-1-1--3-3-3-3-----------|
Verse 2: (1:04) Same as Verse 1, main riff with open quarter notes.

Chorus: (1:15) Same as first chorus.

At (1:26) there's a part before the little guitar solo. Play the first line of Intro 2
(the main riff) once.

Guitar Solo: (1:32)

Bridge: (1:38) Listen to the rhythm on the CD.
    Bb F G Eb Bb F G Eb

(2:02) Play this progression in non-muted eighth notes.

Bass Solo: (2:14) Listen for rhythm.
    G F Eb Bb F G F Eb F
G|---------------------------------------------------------|
D|---------------------------------------------------------|
A|----------6-6-1-1-----------6-6-6-6-6-6-6-6-8-8-8-8-8-8--|
E|--3-3-1-1---------1-3-3-1-1------------------------------|

There are more than just two hits on these first chords, like I
said, listen to the CD for the rhythm, these are just the notes.

Chorus: at (2:26) and (2:37), like every other chorus: short, quick
        hits until last Eb.

During the clean ending to the very last chorus play these notes at the same time as
the guitar.

G|---------|
D|---------|
A|--6~-----|
E|-----6~--|

Well, that's it. Remember, my tab for guitars fits right in with this bass tab. I hope
you like it, rate it, and duplicate it. RELIENT K ROCKS! I'm glad they're finally making
it big, touring with Good Charlotte and Simple Plan and getting on Now 19. I just hope
they keep their heads on straight and don't forget their roots. Thanks again. God Bless.
