Put up for a friend, fairly sure this is spot on. Very snazzy bass-line I have to say.

This is the bass-line repeated throughout the song.

Every second time the bass-line is played, the synth does something like this.

G ----------------------|
D ------------------2-2-|
A 2-0-2-4-5-5-----------|
E -------------4-4------|

So rather than going to the G note to finish off, it finishes with an E at a higher 
octave. This could be used as the guitar part.
